Easter Fun

We hope everyone had a great Easter weekend. Ours started Friday night with an Easter Celebration at church. We had a picnic dinner, played games and heard a special Easter story.

Easter morning Parker discovered that the Easter bunny had left his eggs in a special place. They were on an Easter tree in our front yard. He also had fun hunting Easter eggs Sunday afternoon.

We Love the Grizzlies!

As many of you may know, Parker has an obsession with the Memphis Grizzlies. He knows every player's name and jersey number. He knows who the Grizzlies are sponsored by and he even sings the music played during the games. Every night and I mean every night we play a game of basketball. He essentially is a player & commentator all in one. Last week, the Grizzlies had their annual MVP party for season ticket holders. It was at Putt-Putt & Games. Parker had a great time getting up and close with his favorite players. He got his picture made with almost every player, played putt-putt with Mike Conley (in which Parker got two hole-in-ones) and bowled with Andre Brown. He even got to shoot some baskets and go down the big inflatable slide, which he loved. Parker loved the Grizzlies and still talks about how much fun he had at this party.

May Family Update

This post is overdue. Two weeks ago, I had an ultrasound. We got to see our healthy baby...boy! That's right. We are having another boy. We are thrilled that Parker is getting a baby brother.

His name will be Spencer James May. Parker is very sweet with Spencer already. He gives Spencer (my belly) hugs and kisses. We pray for a continued healthy pregnancy.

Spring Forward with Snow

Even though we are springing forward this weekend, we had about 5-7 inches of snow in Memphis. Parker got to go outside with Daddy and Uncle Wes and play all kinds of sports in the snow. They even built a small snowman.
